Selling Your Home

The Key to Seattle team understands that selling your house and navigating next steps is a highly personal undertaking that may feel unnerving at times. We pride ourselves on our clients’ ability to lean on us and our experience and expertise to help them through it, keeping continual communication top of mind.

We have fine tuned a series of guidelines and marketing tools to help sellers through the process efficiently. Once a plan is decided upon, our project management skills kick in to get your home listed in a timely manner, or whenever the time is right for you to bring it to market.

We have vendors at the ready that we have vetted over the years who are able to swoop in and apply the polish to your home to help you get top dollar for it. We want to be as proud as you are when we ‘go live!’

Our service doesn’t end once the home is on the market. Trust us to work with you during negotiation phase, and beyond that, until the keys are transferred, we will watch over your property to ensure everything is in order and will keep you informed on the progression of the transaction, reminding you of the key dates and milestones.
